    本发明公开了一种基于重型起吊施工自润滑降温式电动葫芦,包括固定罩、流通腔、支撑座、滤芯、I电机、主动齿轮、凸轮、套筒、弹簧、活塞、喷液管,该一种基于重型起吊施工自润滑降温式电动葫芦,首先因采用往复活塞注液机构,能够实现润滑液流入至齿轮外侧,实现对齿轮的润滑作用,提高了后续电动葫芦移动的稳定性和顺畅性,其次通过电机后端设置的凸轮机构,无需外部驱动装置,亦可在电动葫芦移动过程中驱动凸轮机构来实现润滑液的排出,继而实现自润滑功能,最后配合导向流通结构,也能够便于润滑液顺着流通腔引导至下方的吊绳中,对吊绳区域进行润滑,提高了后续起吊的稳定性,综上,本发明拓展了实用性,具备较高的推广应用价值。
