The invention discloses a discrete integrated controller circuit architecture. The discrete integrated controller circuit architecture comprises a high-voltage positive electrode input end P1, a pre-power-on circuit, a motor driving circuit, a DC/DC conversion circuit, a 220VAC/380VAC charging circuit and a high-voltage negative electrode input end P2. The high-voltage positive electrode input endP1 is connected with the input end of the pre-power-on circuit, the output end of the pre-electrifying circuit is connected with one end of the motor driving circuit, and the other end of the motor driving circuit is connected with a high-voltage negative electrode input end P2; one end of the 220VAC/380VAC charging circuit is connected with the motor driving circuit, the other end of the 220VAC/380VAC charging circuit is connected with the high-voltage negative electrode input end P2. One end of the DC/DC conversion circuit is connected with the output end of the pre-power-on circuit, and the other end of the DC/DC conversion circuit is connected with the high-voltage negative electrode input end P2. According to the present invention, the motor driving circuit adopts the parallel connection of a plurality of single-tube IGBTs, so that the motor driving circuit can bear higher current and has better heat dissipation performance.
