The invention discloses a braking energy recovery system and method for a hybrid power loader, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. An engine is mechanically connected with a generator; a storage battery pack is electrically connected with a battery management module; the battery management module is electrically connected with a converter; the converter is electrically connected with a driving motor, a brake resistance grid and the generator respectively; a brake is mounted on a spindle of the driving motor; and a vehicle control unit is electrically connected with anaccelerator pedal, the battery management module, the converter, a brake pedal, a rotating speed sensor, an acceleration sensor and a temperature sensor. When the whole vehicle decelerates or brakes,due to the running inertia of the whole vehicle, the driving motor is converted into the generator to generate power, and the power is stored in the storage battery pack through the inverter and the battery management module; and the electric energy stored in the storage battery pack can continuously provide power for the whole machine. The engine is high in fuel efficiency, kinetic energy of braking of the whole vehicle can be recycled, and energy is saved; and the whole vehicle cancels a mechanical transmission component, is not limited by the arrangement space, and is high in reliability and convenient for repair and maintenance.
本发明公布一种混合动力装载机制动能量回收系统及方法,属于工程机械技术领域。发动机与发电机采用机械连接;蓄电池组电连接电池管理模块;电池管理模块电连接变流器,变流器与驱动电机、制动电阻栅、发电机分别电连接;驱动电机的主轴安装有制动器;整车控制器电连接油门踏板、电池管理模块、变流器、制动踏板、转速传感器、加速度传感器和温度传感器。当整车减速或制动时,由于整车行驶惯性,驱动电机转变为发电机发电,经过逆变器和电池管理模块存储于蓄电池组;蓄电池组存储的电能可继续为整机提供动力。本发明发动机燃油效率高,整车制动的动能可回收,节约了能源;整车取消了机械传动部件,不受限布置空间,可靠性高,维护保养方便。
