The invention discloses a real-time monitoring and balance adjustment device for a tower crane during jacking-up. The device comprises a dual-axis tilt sensor, and the dual-axis tilt sensor is used for obtaining a verticality signal of an outer climbing frame in the jacking-up process; the outer climbing frame is equipped with an upper adjustable wheel set and a lower adjustable wheel set; each ofthe upper adjustable wheel set and the lower adjustable wheel set includes multiple roller seats, rollers and balance adjustment oil cylinders; the dual-axis tilt sensor is connected with a main controller; the main controller is used for receiving the verticality signal and setting a verticality threshold value of the outer climbing frame; and when the verticality signal exceeds the verticalitythreshold value, the main controller controls the balance adjustment oil cylinders to adjust the outer climbing frame to be within a verticality threshold value range. According to the real-time monitoring and balance adjustment device, the upper adjustable wheel set and the lower adjustable wheel set can be adjusted according to on-site real-time feedback, and through automatic control of a programmable controller and a hydraulic system, the verticality and balance problems in the jacking-up process of the tower crane are effectively solved; and the device has a simple structure and universality, can be used for different tower crane models, and enhances the safety of the tower crane in the jacking-up process.

    本发明公开了一种塔机顶升实时监测平衡调整装置。该装置包括双轴倾角传感器,用于获取顶升过程中外爬框的垂直度信号,外爬框上设有上可调轮组和下可调轮组,上可调轮组和下可调轮组分别包括多个滚轮座、滚轮和平衡调节油缸,双轴倾角传感器与主控器连接,主控器用于接收垂直度信号和设定外爬框的垂直度阈值,当垂直度信号超出垂直度阈值时,主控器控制平衡调节油缸将外爬框调节至垂直度阈值范围以内。本发明的上可调轮组和下可调轮组可根据现场的实时反馈进行调整,通过可编程控制器与液压系统自动控制,有效解决了塔机顶升过程中垂直度与平衡问题,装置结构简单,具备通用性,可用于不同塔机型号,提高了塔机顶升过程中的安全性。
