The invention discloses an overloaded vehicle identification method and device, and the method comprises the steps: generating a movement track of users according to the signaling data of a pluralityof users in a preset time period; determining a first user group according to the movement track of the users and a first threshold value, and determining the number of people in the first user group;determining a vehicle corresponding to the movement track of the first user group, and determining the passenger capacity of the vehicle according to a preset mapping relationship between a vehicle identifier and the passenger capacity; and if the number of people in the first user group is greater than the passenger capacity, determining that the vehicle is an overloaded vehicle. Automatic judgment of the overloaded vehicle is achieved, practicability is high, convenience is achieved, data are real, and the overloaded vehicle is not prone to being masked.

    本申请公开了一种车辆超员识别方法及装置,所述方法包括:根据预设时间段内多个用户的信令数据,生成所述用户的运动轨迹;根据所述用户的运动轨迹和第一阈值确定第一用户组,并确定所述第一用户组的人数;确定所述第一用户组的运动轨迹对应的车辆,并根据预设的车辆标识和核载人数的映射关系确定所述车辆的核载人数;若所述第一用户组的人数大于所述核载人数,则确定所述车辆为超员车辆。实现超员车辆的自动判定,实用性强、方便,且数据真实,不容易被掩盖。
