The inspection robot with the obstacle crossing climbing mechanism and the using method of theinspection robot have the advantages that the obstacle crossing plates rotate to lift the vehicle body upwards, the four obstacle crossing plates support the vehicle body, the second moving mechanisms work and enable the vehicle body to move forwards, so that obstacles pass through the lower side of the vehicle body, and the vehicle body is prevented from being scratched or roll over in an obstacle crossing climbing process.

    本发明提供了一种具有越障攀爬机构的巡检机器人及其使用方法,属于地下交通领域。包括车体,所述的车体的两侧各设有一个第一移动机构,所述的车体至少一侧上的第一移动机构连接有两个分别位于车体两端的越障板,所述的越障板与车体转动连接,且每一越障板连接有一个越障攀爬机构,在越障攀爬机构的带动下使越障板的其中一端朝向车体下方周向摆动并将车体抬起,且每一越障板上设有第二移动机构。其优点在于越障板转动将车体向上抬起,四个越障板支撑住车体,且第二移动机构工作使车体向前移动,从而使障碍物从车体下侧穿过,防止车体在攀爬障碍物的过程中刮花车体或侧翻。
