The invention discloses a scratch-resistant torsion-resistant swing motor connecting cable for a new energy automobile. The cable comprises a wire core, an elastomer inner protective layer, a braidedlayer, an aluminum foil layer and a sheath layer; the wire core comprises a central conductor and an insulating layer. The central conductor comprises a plurality of conductor monofilaments, a copperfoil wire is added to the center of each conductor monofilament, and each copper foil wire is formed by wrapping a bulletproof wire with copper foil. The insulating layer is made of first low-halogencross-linked polyolefin; the elastomer inner protective layer is made of an incision sensitive material; and the sheath layer is made of second low-halogen cross-linked polyolefin. According to the invention, the copper foil wires are stranded into the central conductor, so the flexibility and tensile strength of the central conductor and the bending resistance and torsional pendulum resistance ofthe wire can be greatly improved. The insulating layer can greatly improve the adhesive force of the insulating layer, and strengthens the stress protection of the central conductor. The elastomer inner sheath layer can improve the cyclic bending performance of the wire, and better satisfies the application of the cable in the connection condition of a wheel motor and an air compressor. The sheath layer can improve the scratch resistance of the cable, and facilitates the wire extrusion process and wire harness processing and wiring.

    一种新能源汽车用耐刮擦抗扭摆电机连接电缆,包括线芯、弹性体内护层、编织层、铝箔层及护套层;线芯包括中心导体及绝缘层;中心导体包括数根导体单丝,每股导体单丝的中心加入一根铜箔丝,铜箔丝由铜箔包裹防弹丝组成;绝缘层由第一低卤型交联聚烯烃制成;弹性体内护层选用切口敏感型材料;护套层由第二低卤型交联聚烯烃制成。本发明中心导体通过铜箔丝的绞入,可大幅提升中心导体的柔软度、抗张强度、导线的耐弯折及抗扭摆性能。绝缘层能够大幅度提升绝缘层的附着力,加强了对中心导体的受力保护。弹性体内护层可提高导线的循环弯曲性能,更好满足电缆在车轮电机及空压机连接工况的应用。护套层可提升电缆耐刮性能,便于导线挤出过程和线束加工布线。
