The invention discloses a heavy-load operation lifting appliance. The heavy-load operation lifting appliance comprises a travelling track, a travelling trolley arranged on the travelling track, and ahoisting support; a lifting device is connected between the travelling trolley and the hoisting support; the heavy-load operation lifting appliance further comprises two parallel guard rails, and thetwo guard rails are arranged below the left side and the right side of the hoisting support; and the hoisting support comprises a bearing support with the left side and the right side capable of beingsupported on guard rails. A main body of a self-propelled trolley is formed by the structure of a driving main trolley and a follow-up auxiliary trolley, the bearing capacity of the self-propelled trolley is improved, the main trolley and the auxiliary trolley are both provided with anti-collision structures, and stable operation of a production line is guaranteed; a trolley model switching supporting structure is designed on the hoisting support, and rapid trolley model supporting switching can be carried out according to the trolley model wheelbase by adopting a bearing moving and pin shaftlimiting mode; and when chassis assembling operation is carried out on a station, the hoisting support falls onto the guard rails, the guard rails can bear the load of fifteen tons, a good supportingand protecting effect is achieved, and the safety of heavy-load operation is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种重载作业吊具,包括行走轨道、设置于行走轨道上的行走小车和吊装支架,行走小车与吊装支架之间连接有升降装置,它还包括两根相互平行、设置于吊装支架左右两侧下方的护轨,吊装支架包括左右两侧可支撑于护轨上的承载支架。通过驱动主车与随动副车的结构构成自行小车的主体,增加了自行小车的承载能力,且主车和副车均设计有防撞结构,保证了生产线的运行平稳;通过在吊装支架上设计车型切换支承结构,采用轴承移动加上销轴限位的方式可根据车型轴距进行快速的车型支承切换;在工位上进行底盘装配作业时,吊装支架落到护轨上,护轨能够承受十五吨重的负载,起到了很好的支撑防护作用,有效保证了重载作业的安全。
