The invention belongs to the technical field of pod propellers and especially relates a pod propeller fin structure capable of improving hydrodynamic performance. The structure comprises a tail fin and two thrust fins. A pod propeller comprises a lower box body, the bottom of the lower box body is connected with a motor shell, a propeller is installed at one end of the motor shell, the tail fin isinstalled at the other end, and the tail fin is a flat cross structure; and the two thrust fins are symmetrically arranged on the two side walls of the motor shell and are close to one end of the propeller. The two thrust fins are symmetrically distributed at the position of a pod propeller cylinder, the cross-shaped tail fin is arranged at the tail, geometrical parameters of the fin plates are optimized so that a ship resistance is reduced, a ship lateral force is decreased, and ship propelling efficiency is improved.
