The technical key points are as follows, the cleaning mechanism convenient to disassemble is adopted, and after the threaded rod is connected with the rotating rod, a clamping piece is clamped with a clamping groove in the surface of the rotating rod, so that the phenomenon of looseness can be avoided when the rotating rod drives the whole cleaning mechanism to rotate, and the stability after the rotating rod is connected with the whole cleaning mechanism is ensured; and the double-drive crushing mechanism is adopted, and a driving motor used for driving crushing wheels to rotate can transversely slide during use, so that the distance between the two crushing wheels can be changed under the action of the elastic compression force of an elastic piece when the crushing mechanism is used for dealing with larger materials, and the phenomenon that the crushing mechanism is stuck when dealing with the larger materials is avoided.

    一种车厢清扫机器人底座,包括底板,底板的下方分别设置有清扫机构、破碎机构以及吸除机构,底板的上方设置有机箱;清扫机构包括四组分别安装到底板四角处的转盘、毛刷、转板以及焊接在转板顶端的螺纹杆;其技术要点为,采用便于拆卸的清扫机构,将螺纹杆与转杆连接后,并利用卡件与转杆表面的卡槽卡装,可确保转杆在带动整个清扫机构转动时,避免出现松脱的现象,从而保证转杆与整个清扫机构连接后的稳定性;采用双驱动的破碎机构,该处用于带动破碎轮进行转动的驱动电机在使用时可进行横向滑动,使其在应对较大的物料时,可在弹性件的弹性压缩力作用下,改变两个破碎轮之间的间距,避免破碎机构在应对较大物料时发生卡死的现象。
