The machine comprises a machine body which is provided with a power taking interface and a quick charging interface, a quick charging module which is arranged in the machine body and comprises an AC/DC bidirectional inverter, an energy storage module and a DC/DC conversion unit, and the input end of the AC/DC bidirectional inverter is connected with a power taking interface and is externally connected with a power grid; the AC/DC bidirectional inverter is connected with the energy storage module to form a battery charging loop; the output end of the AC/DC bidirectional inverter and the output end of the energy storage module are connected with the DC/DC conversion unit, and the DC/DC conversion unit is connected with the quick charging interface and used for being connected with an external quick charging gun. The energy storage module is connected with a battery management module; a battery cabinet and a cooling channel are arranged in the machine body, and the energy storage module comprises a plurality of battery packs which are connected in series and sequentially arranged in the battery cabinet; an air inlet is formed in the bottom of one side of the battery cabinet, a plurality of vent holes are formed in the side wall of the other side of the battery cabinet, and a cooling channel is formed in the side, provided with the vent holes, of the battery cabinet. Impact of fast charging on the power grid can be reduced, and meanwhile the safety of the all-in-one machine is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于电动汽车的快充一体机,包括机体,设有取电接口和快充接口;快充模块,装设在机体内,包括AC/DC双向逆变器、储能模组和DC/DC转换单元,AC/DC双向逆变器的输入端与取电接口相连,以外接电网;AC/DC双向逆变器与储能模组相连形成电池充电回路;AC/DC双向逆变器和储能模组的输出端连接DC/DC转换单元,DC/DC转换单元与快充接口相连,用以外接快充充电枪;储能模组连接有电池管理模块;机体内设有电池柜和冷却通道,储能模组包括多个串联且依次排列在电池柜内电池组;在电池柜一侧的底部设有进风口,电池柜另一侧的侧壁上设有多个通风孔,并在电池柜具有通风孔的一侧设有冷却通道。本发明可减少快充对电网的冲击,同时提高一体机的安全性。
