The invention discloses a locomotive brake overcharge control method and device. The locomotive brake overcharge control method comprises the step of overcharge pressurization, wherein a balance air charging electromagnetic valve is controlled to adjust a pressure value of a balance air cylinder to an overcharge pressure value. The technical scheme is adopted. Compared with the prior art, by usingthe method and the device of the invention, a balanced air charging electromagnetic valve and a balanced air exhaust electromagnetic valve are controlled only through a brake control unit so as to adjust pressure of the balance air cylinder; and an action valve makes a train pipe follow the pressure of the balance air cylinder so that overcharge pressurization and overcharge decompression can berealized without depending on a special over-charging module, the number of parts of a train pipe module is reduced, the size of the train pipe module is decreased, manufacturing and maintenance costof a brake is saved, and the reliability of the brake is improved.

    本发明公开了一种机车制动过充控制方法及装置,包括过充增压:控制均衡充风电磁阀将均衡风缸的压力值调节至过充压力值。由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明仅通过制动控制单元来控制均衡充风电磁阀和均衡排风电磁阀,从而调节均衡风缸压力,作用阀控制列车管跟随均衡风缸压力,即可实现过充增压和过充减压,无需依赖于专门的过充模块,从而降低列车管模块部件数量,减小列车管模块体积,节约制动机制造与维护成本,提升制动机的可靠性。
