The automobile emergency reaction inner tube comprises a tube body, a trigger mechanism and an inflation mechanism, wherein the tube body, the trigger mechanism and the inflation mechanism are all installed in a vacuum tube, the outer surface of a hub is sleeved with the tube body, and an inflation opening of the inflation mechanism is communicated with the tube body; the trigger mechanism comprises a telescopic rod, the pressing end of the telescopic rod faces the vacuum tire in the radial direction and extends out of the maximum contour edge of the hub, and the trigger end of the telescopicrod triggers the inflation mechanism and enables the tube body to expand and fill the vacuum tire by extruding the telescopic rod. The defect that the vacuum tire cannot be continuously used after tire burst is overcome, and the possibility of traffic accidents is reduced.
