The invention provides a charging pile utilizing a phase-change material to dissipate heat. The charging pile comprises the phase-change material, a cooling pipe, a pump, a fan, a temperature sensor,a power module and charging pile software. The cooling pipe is filled with the phase-change material, the pump is arranged in the cooling pipe and used for adjusting the flowing speed, and when the temperature of the power module is higher than the phase-change temperature of the phase-change material, the phase-change material absorbs heat and melts into liquid; when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature value of the phase-change material is higher than a set value, the charging pile software starts the pump to force the phase-change material to flow, the charging pile softwarestarts the fan to exhaust air and dissipate heat forcibly, and when the detected temperature value is lower than the set value, the charging pile software closes the pump and the fan. The charging pile is high in practicability, fast in heat dissipation and suitable for being widely applied.
