The invention provides a turbine rotator overturning hoist device. The hoist device is characterized by comprises a hoisting arm, a hoisting disc, a clamping block and an adjusting mechanism; the hoisting disc comprises a first disc surface side and a second disc surface side on the axial direction; the hoisting arm is hinged to the hoisting disc on the first disc surface side; the hoisting disc is provide with a hoisting disc clamping surface on the second disc surface side; the clamping block is connected with the hoisting disc on the second disc surface side; the clamping block is providedwith a clamping surface; the clamping block is arranged in a mode of being movable between the first position and the second position; the clamping block is closer to the hoisting disc at the second position relative to the first position; the adjusting mechanism is connected with the clamping block and comprises an extruding part which extrudes out of the first disc surface side; and the clampingblock is adjusted to move between the first position and the second position by the extruding part of the adjusting mechanism. The turbine rotator overturning hoist device can be convenient for hoisting operation of a turbine rotator assembly.
