The method comprises the steps of controlling a coupled train to stop at a coupled parking point through a VOBC of the coupled train according to a coupled parking command transmitted by a TIAS or ATS; controlling a decoupling train to stop at an uncoupling parking point through a VOBC of the decoupling train according toa decoupling parking command sent by the TIAS or the ATS; calculating movement authorization of collision between the decoupling train and the coupled train through ZC in the CBTC system; generatinga coupling protection curve of the uncoupled train through the VOBC of the decoupling train according to the movement authorization; and controlling the decoupling train and the coupled train to be coupled according to the coupling protection curve. According to the embodiment of the invention, the two trains are coupled in a full-automatic operation mode according to the operation requirements, the coupling efficiency is high, the coupling process is accurately controlled, the coupling safety is improved, the operation mode before coupling is maintained, and the method can be quickly put intooperation.
