The invention discloses a multi-buffering mechanism for vehicle parts, which comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a radial support body, a limiting body and an elastic body, and is characterized in that the first substrate and the second substrate are arranged in parallel and are respectively fixed with two external parts; the radial supporting body is fixed to the second base plate through an axial supporting body, the radial supporting body has the freedom degree of axial displacement, and the radial supporting body is a rotating body; the limiting body is fixed to the radial supporting body, and a gap is formed between the limiting body and the first base plate; and the elastic bodies are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the radial supporting body. Thecontinuous elastic change of a traditional spring is divided, a multi-section buffer effect can be achieved, and then the problem that the traditional spring cannot give consideration to early-stage low-impact buffer and later-stage high-impact buffer is solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于车辆零部件的多重缓冲机构,包括第一基板、第二基板、径向支撑体、限位体以及弹性体,所述第一基板与所述第二基板相平行设置,且分别与外部的两个零件相固定;所述径向支撑体通过一轴向支撑体固定在所述第二基板上,且所述径向支撑体具有轴向位移的自由度,所述径向支撑体为旋转体;所述限位体固定在所述径向支撑体上,且所述限位体与所述第一基板之间具有间隙;这些所述弹性体均匀分布在所述径向支撑体的周向上。本发明将传统弹簧的连续性的弹性变化进行分割,能够形成多段的缓冲效果,进而补偿传统弹簧无法兼顾前期的低冲击的缓冲和后期高冲击力的缓冲的问题。
