The invention provides an automatic transmission fuel cell vehicle motor torque limiting method which comprises the following steps: after a whole vehicle is powered on, acquiring related data by a whole vehicle controller, calculating auxiliary engine power according to the acquired data, and then calculating charging power of an allowable motor of a whole automobile system and discharging powerof the allowable motor of the whole automobile system according to the auxiliary engine power; converting the charging power of the motor allowed by the whole vehicle system and the discharging powerof the motor allowed by the whole vehicle system to obtain braking torque of the motor allowed by the whole vehicle system and driving torque of the motor allowed by the whole vehicle system, then calculating to obtain a motor torque target initial value, and sending the motor torque target initial value to a motor controller to control the motor to execute; obtaining the real-time power of the motor at the moment, then obtaining a motor power deviation value through calculation, obtaining a correction coefficient through table look-up according to the motor power deviation value, and finallymultiplying the motor torque target initial value by the correction coefficient to obtain a motor torque target final value. The method is simple and feasible, and the torque of the motor can be accurately limited.

    本发明提供了一种自动挡燃料电池汽车电机转矩限制方法,整车上电后,整车控制器获取相关数据,根据获取的数据计算得到辅机功率,之后根据辅机功率计算得到整车系统允许电机的充电功率、整车系统允许电机的放电功率,将整车系统允许电机的充电功率、整车系统允许电机的放电功率转化得到整车系统允许电机的制动转矩、整车系统允许电机的驱动转矩,接着计算得到电机转矩目标初始值,将电机转矩目标初始值发给电机控制器控制电机执行,得到此时的电机实时功率,再然后计算得到电机功率偏差值,根据电机功率偏差值查表得到校正系数,最后将电机转矩目标初始值乘以校正系数得到电机转矩目标最终值。本发明方法简单可行,可对电机转矩进行精确限制。
