The invention discloses a conical rubber spring with a fireproof function, and relates to the field of structural design of rubber springs for bogies of railway vehicles. The conical rubber spring comprises main conical rubber, a fireproof rubber layer and an isolating layer, the isolating layer is positioned between the main conical rubber and the fireproof rubber layer, and the main conical rubber, the isolating layer and the fireproof rubber layer are made into an integral structure by means of vulcanization. The conical rubber spring with the fireproof function is manufactured on the basisof an existing rubber material, and the flame retardant requirement can be met while the conical rubber spring can bear large mechanical stress. The conical rubber spring has the advantages of beingnot prone to abrasion, high in bonding strength, long in service life and the like, the service life of the conical rubber spring body is prolonged, and manufacturing cost and later-period operation and maintenance cost of a user are saved.
