The invention discloses an automatically controlled lifting device and a garbage compressor adopting the same. Specifically, the automatically controlled lifting device mainly comprises a fixed part,a rotating part installed on the fixed part and an automatic control mechanism, and the automatic control function of the automatic control mechanism, instead of manpower, is used for completing rotation and fixation of the rotating part, so that not only can labor intensity of workers be reduced, but also potential safety hazards in manual operation can be eliminated. The garbage compressor adopting the automatic control lifting device can further reduce labor intensity of workers and improve working efficiency and safety of lifting and transporting work.
