The invention relates to the technical field of preparation methods of carbon brake discs for airplanes. The invention relates to a preparation method of a wet-attenuation-free carbon/carbon compositeaircraft brake disc. The method comprises the following steps: brake disc prefabricated body manufacture, high-temperature heat treatment, densification treatment, graphitization treatment, machining, hydrophobic protective coating treatment and finish machining. Compact and perfect process steps are utilized, the brake disc with excellent frictional wear performance is obtained, auxiliary measures are adopted in the process to control the density of the brake disc prefabricated part and the density of the brake disc prefabricated part subjected to CVD treatment, and the hydrophobic protective coating is matched, so that the frictional wear resistance of the brake disc in a wet environment is improved, and the brake performance of the carbon/carbon composite aircraft brake disc in the wetenvironment is not attenuated.

    本发明涉及飞机用碳刹车盘的制备方法技术领域,尤其是一种无湿态衰减碳/碳复合材料飞机刹车盘的制备方法,包含以下步骤:制作刹车盘预制体→高温热处理→致密化处理→石墨化处理→机加工→疏水性防护涂层处理→精加工步骤,本发明利用紧凑完善的工艺步骤,获得摩擦磨损性能较为优异的刹车盘,并在工艺中采取辅助措施控制刹车盘预制体的密度以及CVD处理后刹车盘预制件的密度,配合疏水性防护涂层,一并提高刹车盘在湿态环境下的摩擦磨损性能,使碳/碳复合材料飞机刹车盘湿态环境下刹车性能无衰减。
