The invention discloses a traffic control method. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a vehicle flow image in a preset area; calculating a vehicle congestion degree according to the vehicle flowimage; adjusting the passing time of the current traffic light corresponding to the preset area according to the vehicle congestion degree; and when traffic congestion still occurs after adjustment,adjusting the passing time of other traffic lights except the current traffic light so as to reduce the number of vehicles entering the preset area. The invention also discloses a traffic control system which comprises an image acquisition part, a congestion degree calculation part, a first passing time adjustment part which is used for adjusting the passing time of the current traffic light according to the congestion degree of the vehicle, and a second passing time adjusting component which is used for adjusting the passing time of other traffic lights except the current traffic light to reduce the number of vehicles entering the preset area when the traffic congestion still occurs after adjustment. According to the traffic control method and system provided by the invention, congestioncan be relieved, road conditions can be improved, and unmanned and intelligent traffic management can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种交通控制方法,包括获取预设区域内的车辆流量图像;根据车辆流量图像计算车辆拥塞度;根据车辆拥塞度调整与预设区域对应的当前交通灯的通行时间;当经过调整后仍交通拥塞时,调整当前交通灯以外的其他交通灯的通行时间以减少进入预设区域内的车辆的数量。本发明还公开了一种交通控制系统,包括图像获取部件和拥塞度计算部件,以及第一通行时间调整部件,用于根据车辆拥塞度调整当前交通灯的通行时间;第二通行时间调整部件,用于当经过调整后仍交通拥塞时调整当前交通灯以外的其他交通灯的通行时间以减少进入预设区域内的车辆的数量。本发明提供的交通控制方法和系统,能够缓解拥塞和改善路况,实现无人化和智慧化的交通管理。
