The invention relates to an elevator handrail shaft. The elevator handrail shaft comprises a transmission shaft and joint balls, wherein circular truncated cone connectors are fixed to the butt jointends on the two sides of a composite shaft, the circular truncated cone connectors and the butt joint ends are of an integrated structure, the joint balls are movably installed in ball grooves formedin the outer sides of the circular truncated cone connectors, a sleeve frame is assembled on the outer sides of the joint balls through wedge blocks, and the transmission shaft installed in a transmission butt joint hole in the top of the sleeve frame is in transmission connection with an elevator driving wheel. The structure of the movable ends is adopted to adapt to transmission procedures of elevator handrails with different angles; the technical problem that a straight line cannot be directly used as a transmission shaft due to the fact that an escalator is possibly built at a special angle and curved degree due to sites or attractiveness is solved; and meanwhile, the self-generated structural strength of the transmission shaft can be improved through the structure of the composite shaft, and the technical problem that time and labor are wasted when the transmission shaft of the escalator is replaced is solved.
本发明涉及到一种电梯扶手轴,传动轴和关节球;复合轴两侧的对接端头固定有圆台接头,所述圆台接头和对接端头呈一体结构,所述圆台接头外侧开设的球槽内活动安装有关节球,所述关节球外侧通过楔块装配有套架,所述套架顶部传动对接孔安装的传动轴与电梯驱动轮传动连接。本发明采用了活动端头的结构,以适配不同角度的电梯扶手的传动工序;解决了扶手电梯可能因场地或者美观度而建造的特殊角度和曲度而无法直接利用直线是传动轴的技术问题。同时复合轴的结构可提升传动轴自生的结构强度,解决了扶手电梯因更换传动轴而费时费工的技术问题。
