The invention is applicable to the technical field of driving circuits, and provides a switch circuit, a gun lock driving circuit and method and a charging system. The switch circuit comprises a firstfull-control switch complementary circuit and a second full-control switch complementary circuit. The first full-control switch complementary circuit mainly comprises a first input end, a second input end, a positive output end, a negative output end, a first power supply end, a second power supply end, a seventh resistor, an eighth resistor, a ninth resistor, a tenth resistor, a first P-channelfield effect transistor and a first N-channel field effect transistor. The second full-control switch complementary circuit mainly comprises a first input end, a second input end, a positive output end, a negative output end, an eleventh resistor, a twelfth resistor, a thirteenth resistor, a fourteenth resistor, a second P-channel field effect transistor and a second N-channel field effect transistor. The circuit is simple in structure, and the overall cost is reduced; the switch circuit replaces a relay, the reliability of the circuit is improved, and driving signals are prevented from beinginterfered.
