The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle adapter beam which comprises an adapter beam left web plate and an adapter beam right web plate, the left web plate and the right web plate are in butt joint, a cavity is formed inside, the adapter beam can be used for installing an airborne avionics equipment controller and laying cables, and the space utilization rate is increased; the adapter beam is connected with four interfaces of an airplane and airborne avionics equipment through high-strength bolts, in order to ensure convenient installation, one of the connecting interfaces is designed into a circular hole for positioning, and the other three connecting holes are designed into oblong holes, so that the butt joint difficulty caused by assembly errors of the adapter beam and micro-deformation caused by a severe environment is reduced; the adapter beam has waterproof and drainage functions, water drops on the lower surface of a wing can be prevented from entering the adapter beam, condensed water vapor in the adapter beam can be discharged in time, and a proper installation environment can be provided for an airborne avionics equipment controller. The main components of the adapter beam can be digitally processed, the parts are accurate, the assembly is simple, the installation of a large-size airborne controller is realized, the space utilization rate is improved, and the manufacturing cost of the adapter beam is reduced.
本发明提出一种无人机转接梁,包括转接梁左腹板和转接梁右腹板,左右腹板对接,在内部形成空腔,可用于安装机载航电设备控制器和电缆的铺设,提高了空间利用率;该转接梁与飞机以及机载航电设备的4个接口采用高强度螺栓连接,为保证安装方便,将其中一个连接接口设计为圆孔用于定位,其余3个连接孔设计为长圆孔,降低由于转接梁装配误差、恶劣环境导致的微变形引起的对接难度;该转接梁具备防水排水功能,可阻挡机翼下表面的水珠进入转接梁内部,又可及时排出转接梁内部凝结的水汽,可为机载航电设备控制器提供适宜的安装环境。本发明主要部件均可采用数字化加工,零件精度,装配简单,实现了大尺寸机载控制器的安装,提高了空间利用率,降低了转接梁制造成本。
