The invention discloses a hoisting and transporting device for new energy automobile battery assembly, and relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles. The hoisting and transporting device comprises a balance base, shock absorption assemblies and a storage battery pack device box. The shock absorption assemblies are fixedly installed on the balance base. The storage battery pack device box is in running fit with the balance base. Each shock absorption assembly comprises a double-U-shaped cavity box, a first extrusion rod and second extrusion rods. Each double-U-shaped cavity box is in sliding fit with the corresponding first extrusion rod and the corresponding second extrusion rods. Each first extrusion rod is longer than the two corresponding second extrusion rods. The bottomends of the first extrusion rods and the bottom ends of the second extrusion rods are fixedly connected with slide blocks correspondingly. Slide rails are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two side faces of each slide block. According to hoisting and transporting device, a storage battery pack is installed in the storage battery pack device box, hoisting belts are fixed to hoisting lugs,and the storage battery pack is hoisted through a hoisting device. Hydraulic oil is arranged in the double-U-shaped cavity boxes in a sealed manner, through mutual cooperation of the shock absorptionassemblies and a slide support, the anti-swing and shock absorption effects are achieved, and the whole device can be in a balanced state.

    本发明公开了一种用于新能源汽车电池装配的吊运装置,涉及新能源汽车技术领域。本发明包括平衡底座、减震组件和蓄电池组装置箱;减震组件固定安装在平衡底座上;蓄电池组装置箱与平衡底座转动配合;减震组件包括双U形腔体盒、第一挤压杆和第二挤压杆;双U形腔体盒分别与第一挤压杆和第二挤压杆滑动配合;第一挤压杆长与两第二挤压杆;第一挤压杆、第二挤压杆底端均固定连接有滑块;滑块两侧面对称固定连接有滑轨。本发明通过将蓄电池组装入蓄电池组装置箱,吊带固定在各吊耳上,通过起重设备将其吊起;双U形腔体盒内部密封设置有液压油,通过减震组件、滑动支架的相互配合,起到防摇减震的作用,使得整个装置处于平衡状态。
