The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission, and discloses an electric power steering device and a torque transmission device thereof. The electric power steering device comprises a lead screw, a first bearing and a worm gear, the lead screw comprises a screw section and a first smooth section arranged at one end of the screw section, and the first smooth section is sleevedwith the first bearing and the worm gear; one end of the worm gear is matched with the first bearing, and the other end of the worm gear abuts against a shaft shoulder, connected with the first smoothsection, of the screw section; one end of the worm gear is matched with the first bearing, and the other end of the worm gear abuts against the shaft shoulder, connected with the first smooth section, of the screw section, so that the worm gear is fixed between the first bearing and the screw section; when the worm gear is meshed with the worm, the worm gear is not prone to slipping and has larger transmission torque; and the worm gear is arranged at the end, close to the screw section, of the first bearing, when the worm gear is meshed with the worm, a matching distance between the worm gearand the worm is reduced, the structure of the torque transmission device is more compact, and the installation area is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动助力转向装置及其扭矩传动装置,涉及动力传动技术领域,包括丝杆、第一轴承以及蜗轮,所述丝杆包括螺杆段和设于螺杆段一端的第一平滑段,所述第一平滑段上套设有第一轴承和蜗轮,所述蜗轮的一端与第一轴承配合,所述蜗轮的另一端抵靠在螺杆段与第一平滑段的相连接的轴肩处。蜗轮的一端与第一轴承配合,另一端抵靠在螺杆段与第一平滑段的相连接的轴肩处,使蜗轮固定在第一轴承与螺杆段之间,当蜗轮与蜗杆啮合时,蜗轮不容易打滑,具有更大的传输扭矩;蜗轮设置在第一轴承靠近螺杆段的一端,当蜗轮与蜗杆啮合时,减小了蜗轮与蜗杆之间的配合距离,使扭矩传动装置结构更加紧凑,减小安装面积。
