The invention discloses a combined elevator system. The combined elevator system comprises at least one circulating elevator and at least one vertical elevator, wherein the circulating elevator is arranged at the side of the vertical elevator, the overall height of the circulating elevator is at least matched with the total height of part of floors in a building body, and stopping points of the circulating elevator are at least arranged on the floors corresponding to the highest position and the lowest position of the circulating elevator; the overall height of the vertical elevator is at least matched with the total height of part of the floors in the building body, and the stopping points of the vertical elevator are arranged on the floors corresponding to the vertical elevator; and thestopping points formed after the circulating elevator and the vertical elevator are combined correspond to all floors in the building body. The elevator system has the advantages that the conveying efficiency can be improved, the building space can be saved, and the building cost can be reduced.
