The invention discloses a robot interaction system and method based on the Internet of Things in the technical field of the Internet of Things, the interaction system comprises a self-service interaction terminal and an Ethernet switch, the self-service interaction terminal communicates with a robot, the Ethernet switch is connected with an entrance guard controller and an elevator control controller which are cascaded, and the entrance guard controller and the elevator control controller are respectively communicated with the robot; and the robot sends the existing area and the target area tothe self-service interaction terminal, the self-service interaction terminal sends a driving path between the existing area and the target area to the robot, and the robot drives forwards according to the driving path and performs butt joint when encountering a control channel on the way. The specific structure of a traditional entrance guard/lift car is not changed, communication with the self-service interaction terminal is achieved only through the entrance guard controller/elevator control controller and the Ethernet switch, interaction with the robot is achieved, the accuracy of signal transmission can be guaranteed, and the transmission distance and safety of signals can be considered.

    本发明公开了物联网技术领域中的一种基于物联网的机器人交互系统及方法,该交互系统包括自助交互终端机和以太网交换机,自助交互终端机与机器人通信,以太网交换机分别与级联的门禁控制器、梯控控制器连接,门禁控制器和梯控控制器分别与机器人通信;机器人将现有区域和目标区域发送至自助交互终端机,自助交互终端机将现有区域到目标区域之间的行驶路径发送至机器人,机器人按照行驶路径向前行驶,并在途中遇到控制通道时进行对接。本发明不改变传统门禁/轿厢的具体结构,仅通过门禁控制器/梯控控制器及以太网交换机实现与自助交互终端机的连通,实现与机器人的交互,既能保证信号传输的准确性,又能兼顾信号的传输距离及安全性。
