The invention relates to an intelligent detection system for highway vehicle violation behaviors. The vehicle, the steering lamp, the license plate and the license plate number in the video image aredetected and identified by adopting a target detection algorithm based on deep learning. The regional method, the overspeed detection method and the vehicle steering lamp flickering state recognitionalgorithm are used for judging the violation behaviors that a vehicle occupies an emergency lane, overspeeds and enters a ramp and does not turn on a steering lamp. The violation vehicle driving videosegment and the license plate information of the vehicle are stored in a server. According to the system, violation behaviors of occupying the emergency lane, overspeed driving and entering the rampwithout turning on a turn light of the vehicle on the highway can be accurately detected in real time, and an important guarantee is provided for standardizing the driving of the vehicle according totraffic regulations and ensuring the travel safety of a driver. The system is easy to operate, can automatically detect violation behaviors, reduces the labor cost, and is suitable for large-area popularization and application.

    本发明涉及一种高速公路车辆违章行为的智能检测系统。采用基于深度学习的目标检测算法对视频图像中的车辆、转向灯、车牌以及车牌号进行检测和识别。利用分区域法、超速检测法、车辆转向灯闪烁状态识别算法分别对车辆占用应急车道、超速、和进入匝道未打转向灯的违章行为进行判断。并将违章车辆行驶的视频段和车辆的车牌信息保存在服务器中。通过本发明,能够实时、准确地对高速公路车辆占用应急车道、超速行驶、进入匝道未打转向灯的违章行为进行检测,为规范车辆遵守交规行驶、保证驾驶员的出行安全提供重要保证。本系统操作简单,可对违章行为进行自动检测,减少人工成本,适用于大面积推广和使用。
