A multi-layer synchronous loading lifting device comprises a traction device, a guide device, an electric dragging device, an electric appliance control device and a safety protection device, and is characterized in that a left bearing body and a right bearing body are connected through a traction rope; loading lifting can be synchronously carried out on multiple layers up and down at the same time, and a load counterweight is utilized; each of the left bearing body and the right bearing body is respectively formed by parallelly connecting a plurality of bearing plates in series at intervals up and down and can directionally ascend and descend along a guide rail, so that the bearing plates simultaneously enables loads to enter and exit in multiple layers; the left bearing plate and the right bearing plate are movable and can be stacked in a safety basket without an interval when lifted to the top or the bottom of the device, so that loads on all floors can enter and exit; and the leftbearing plate and the right bearing plate can carry no load and compensate counterweights. The multi-layer synchronous loading lifting device eliminates hidden dangers such as roof rushing, crash, elevator sliding and counterweight disability of a traction type elevator, accelerates the loading frequency, multiplies the transport capacity, remarkably improves the lifting efficiency, is safe and energy-saving, is an effective way for vertical lifting and automatic entering and exiting of the upper layer and the lower layer of a logistics AGV trolley, is suitable for logistics vehicles/boxes, and has a practical effect.
