The invention relates to a normally-closed braking double-speed planetary transmission structure, and belongs to the field of transmission structures. The structure comprises a cylinder body, and a first-stage sun gear, a second-stage sun gear and an inner gear ring which are rotatably arranged in the cylinder body, wherein the first-stage sun gear, the second-stage sun gear and the inner gear ring are coaxially arranged; a planet carrier is fixedly arranged on the second-stage sun gear and rotates around the axis of the second-stage sun gear along with the second-stage sun gear; a planet gearis rotatably arranged on the planet carrier, the rotating axis of the planet gear is parallel to the rotating axis of the second-stage sun gear, the planet gear is meshed with the first-stage sun gear and the inner gear ring, and the planet gear rotates around the axis of the second-stage sun gear along with the planet carrier; and normally-closed brakes are arranged between the inner gear ring and the first-stage sun gear and between the inner gear ring and the cylinder body. The structure has a normally-closed braking function. Through opening and closing of the normally-closed brakes, a transmission path is changed, and the use requirements for light-load high speed and heavy-load low speed are met.

    本发明涉及一种常闭制动双速行星传动结构,属于传动结构领域。包括缸体及转动设置在缸体内的一级太阳轮、二级太阳轮、内齿圈,一级太阳轮、二级太阳轮与内齿圈共轴设置;二级太阳轮上固定设置有行星架,行星架随二级太阳轮一起绕二级太阳轮的轴线转动;行星架上转动设置有行星轮,行星轮的转动轴线与二级太阳轮的转动轴线平行,行星轮分别与一级太阳轮及内齿圈啮合,行星轮随行星架一起绕二级太阳轮的轴线转动;内齿圈与一级太阳轮之间及内齿圈与缸体之间均设置有常闭制动器。本发明具有常闭制动的功能。通过常闭制动器的开闭,改变传动路径,实现轻负荷高速及重负荷低速的使用要求。
