The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to an electric hydraulic power-assisted steering system and a crane. The electric hydraulic power-assisted steering system comprises a steering wheel, an electric power assisting device and a steering gear, wherein the electric power assisting device is positioned between the steering wheel and the steering gear; the electric power assisting device comprises a motor, a sensor and a reduction mechanism; the sensor comprises an angle sensor and a force moment sensor; an oil hole in the input end of the steering gear is connected to an oil pump and a hydraulic oil tank; an oil hole in the output end of the steering gear is connected to a power assisting oil cylinder through a hydraulic pipeline; and the steering gear is connected to a tire through a transmission mechanism. The electric power assisting device is additionally arranged in front of the steering gear with a hydraulic variation ratio; the steering wheelpasses through the electric power assisting device and then reaches the steering gear with the hydraulic variation ratio, so that an electric hydraulic power-assisted steering function of the vehicleis realized, light and reliable low-speed traveling operation and stable high-speed traveling operation of the vehicle can be guaranteed, vehicle travelling safety is guaranteed, and steering returnability of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明为工程机械领域,具体涉及一种电动液压助力转向系统及起重机,所述电动液压助力转向系统,包括方向盘、电动助力装置和转向器;所述电动助力装置位于方向盘与转向器之间,所述电动助力装置包括电机、传感器及减速机构,所述传感器包括角度传感器、力矩传感器;所述转向器输入端油口与油泵及液压油箱连接,转向器输出端油口与助力油缸通过液压管路连接;转向器与轮胎之间由传动机构连接。本发明在液压变速比转向器前设计增加电动助力装置,由方向盘传递途径电动助力装置,然后到达液压变速比转向器,实现车辆电控液压助力转向功能,可以保证车辆低速行驶操作轻便可靠、高速行驶操作行驶稳定,保证车辆行驶安全,提升车辆的回正性能。
