The embodiment of the invention provides a three-way valve fault detection method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The three-way valve fault detection method is applied to a thermal management system, the thermal management system comprises a first heating loop, a second heating loop, a heater and a three-way valve, and the three-way valve is connected between the first heating loop andthe second heating loop; the first heating loop is used for heating a battery arranged in the first heating loop; the method comprises the steps of controlling the three-way valve to block the firstheating loop and the second heating loop; controlling the heater to heat the second heating loop; obtaining a first circulating water temperature of the circulating water in the first heating loop after the second heating loop is heated; and obtaining the fault state of the three-way valve according to the temperature change degree of the first circulating water temperature. The three-way valve fault detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively detect the fault of the three-way valve.
