The invention discloses an anti-backflow device and an exhaust device thereof.The anti-backflow device comprises a main body part, and a cavity is formed in the main body part; the air inlet pipelineis arranged at the bottom of the main body part and is communicated with the cavity, and an air outlet of the air inlet pipeline is higher than the bottom of the main body part; the length of the section of the bottom of the main body part is larger than the pipe diameter of the air inlet pipeline. A space capable of storing condensed liquid is formed by the bottom of the main body part with the cross section length larger than the pipe diameter of the air inlet pipeline and the air inlet pipeline protruding out of the bottom of the main body part, and condensed liquid backflow can be effectively prevented.
