The invention relates to a suspension device, a steering wheel and a movable chassis. The suspension device comprises: a force bearing plate; a shock absorber, wherein one end of the shock absorber isconnected with the force bearing plate, and the other end of the shock absorber is used for being installed on a steering wheel body; a locking executing mechanism which can be locked with or unlocked from the force bearing plate; and a trigger switch mechanism which is used for being installed on the steering wheel body and can control the locking executing mechanism to be switched between the locking state and the unlocking state. At the moment, the degree of freedom of the shock absorber is restrained by rigid connection of the locking executing mechanism and the force bearing plate, so that even if the movable chassis bears unbalance loading due to heavy load starting or sudden stop, impact force generated by unbalance loading can only be transmitted to the force bearing plate throughthe locking executing mechanism, and the force bearing plate bears and counteracts the impact force by means of the rigidity of the force bearing plate, and the impact force does not act on the shockabsorber, so that the problem that the shock absorber is crushed and damaged due to excessive unbalance loading is solved, and the safety and reliability of the movable chassis are guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种悬架装置、舵轮及移动底盘,包括:承力板;减震器,减震器的一端与所述承力板连接,另一端用于安装在舵轮本体上;锁止执行机构,锁止执行机构能够与承力板锁定或解锁;以及触发开关机构,触发开关机构用于安装在舵轮本体上,并能够控制锁止执行机构在锁定状态与解锁状态之间进行切换。此时减震器的自由度被锁止执行机构与承力板的刚性连接所约束,使得即便重载启动或急停而导致移动底盘承受偏载时,偏载产生的冲击力也只会通过锁止执行机构传递至承力板上,承力板借助自身的刚度对冲击力进行承受和抵消,冲击力并不会作用到减震器上,因而不会发生减震器因偏载过大而发生压溃损坏的问题,保证了移动底盘安全可靠。
