A pneumatic braking device for a vehicle comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a relay valve, a brake cylinder, a brake master cylinder, a pressure sensor, an air cylinder and an anti-lock braking system controller. An air outlet A of the first electromagnetic valve is respectively communicated with an air inlet P of the second electromagnetic valve and the brakecylinder. The wiring end K of the first electromagnetic valve, the wiring end K of the second electromagnetic valve and the wiring end K of the pressure sensor are all in electric connection or wireless communication connection with the anti-lock braking system controller. When the pressure detected by the pressure sensor is zero, the air inlet P and the air outlet A of the second electromagneticvalve are controlled by the anti-lock braking system controller to be communicated. The pneumatic braking device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and capable of achieving anti-lock control and reducing delay of the braking releasing process.
一种车辆的气压制动装置,包括第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、继动阀、制动分泵、制动总泵、压力传感器、储气筒和防抱死系统控制器;所述第一电磁阀的出气口A分别与第二电磁阀的进气口P和制动分泵连通。所述第一电磁阀的接线端K、第二电磁阀的接线端K和压力传感器的接线端K均防抱死系统控制器电连接或无线通讯连接;当压力传感器检测到的压力为零时,由防抱死系统控制器控制第二电磁阀的进气口P和出气口A相通。本发明结构较简单、制造成本低,且可以实现防抱死控制和降低制动解除过程的延迟。
