The mechanism is composed of two sets of hinge joints, a cross coupling assembly, a steering engine rocker arm, a torque transmission shaft, a knuckle bearing, a bush, a bolt and the like, the two sets of hinge joints are each composed ofa double-lug joint and a single-lug joint and are installed on a high-speed helicopter body and a control plane, and the axes of the two sets of hinge joints are collinear. And in the two groups of hinge joints, the gap between the single-lug joint and the double-lug joint of one group of hinge joints is 0, and the gap between the single-lug joint and the double-lug joint of the other group of hinge joints is greater than 0. The control surface can rotate around the fixed axis, the motion space of the control mechanism is reduced, the integrity of the appearance of the high-speed helicopter isguaranteed, and therefore the flight resistance of the high-speed helicopter is reduced.
