The invention discloses an intelligent roadside parking charging snapshot device which comprises a rail, a moving sliding table, a snapshot camera and a vehicle sensing unit. A camera motor, a main control unit, a screw rod motor, a wireless communication module, a zigbee module and a sensor module form a snapshot unit; the main control unit is connected with a camera motor driver; the main control unit issues an instruction to the screw rod motor through serial communication, and the screw rod motor works to drive the moving sliding table to slide along the rail; the main control unit is connected with the zigbee module; the main control unit performs data interaction with a background system; the rail is provided with a limit position sensor, and the limit position sensor is in communication connection with the main control unit; the moving sliding table is provided with an obstacle avoidance sensor which is in communication connection with the main control unit. License plate numbersnapshot identification can be performed on each vehicle on the roadside parking space so that different parking space types can be supported, the roadside parking charging requirement can be met andthe manpower can be saved.
