The invention discloses a multi-angle workpiece grabbing device for mechanical equipment and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of workpiece grabbing equipment. The multi-angleworkpiece grabbing device comprises a rack and a barrel-shaped workpiece; a sliding rod is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the rack, and a grabbing mechanism is arranged on the outer side faceof the sliding rod and comprises two sleeve blocks; and openings allowing the sliding rod to pass through and move are formed in the surfaces of the two sleeve blocks respectively, sleeve plates arefixedly connected to the surfaces of the two sleeve blocks respectively, and moving rods are slidably connected to the inner walls of the two sleeve plates respectively. Through the mutual cooperationof the structures, the multi-angle workpiece grabbing device has the advantages that the barrel-shaped workpiece is automatically grabbed, the grabbing device is suitable for workpieces with different calibers, fast and convenient to use and good in workpiece fixing stability, and looseness is not likely to happen in the hoisting process; and the problems that a traditional grabbing device for mechanical equipment is too complex to use, the stability of a grabbed workpiece is poor, and looseness is likely to happen in the hoisting and conveying process are solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于机械设备工件多角度抓取装置及其使用方法,涉及工件抓取设备技术领域,包括机架和桶状工件,所述机架的底端固定连接有滑杆,所述滑杆的外侧面设置有抓取机构,所述抓取机构包括两个套块,两个所述套块的表面均开设有供滑杆穿过并移动的开口,两个所述套块的表面均固定连接有套板,两个所述套板的内壁均滑动连接有移动杆。本发明,通过上述结构之间的相互配合,达到了自动对桶状工件进行抓取、适用于不同口径的工件、使用快捷方便且工件固定稳定性好、在起吊过程中不易发生松动的效果,解决了传统机械设备抓取装置使用过于复杂、且工件抓取后的稳定性不佳、在起吊运输过程中容易发生松动的问题。
