The invention discloses a main beam glass fiber cloth laying lifting appliance for manufacturing a wind power blade. The main beam glass fiber cloth laying lifting appliance comprises a lifting bracket, a shaft assembly rotatably mounted on the lifting bracket and a lifting hook assembly for connecting the shaft assembly to the lifting bracket, wherein the shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaftand locking devices for locking the position of the rotating shaft; each locking device comprises a locking receiving part, a fixing part connected to the locking receiving part and a locking piece matched with the locking receiving part; the two ends of glass fiber cloth are propped against the fixing parts of a pair of locking devices; and the glass fiber cloth is fixed on the rotating shaft through the matching of the locking pieces and the locking receiving parts. The laying lifting appliance can quickly, accurately and flatly lay the glass fiber cloth into a mold, so that the subsequentmanual adjustment is reduced, the time and the manpower for adjusting the laid glass fiber cloth are saved, the labor cost is reduced, and the laying efficiency is improved while the laying quality isguaranteed.
