The invention relates to a dual-motor steer-by-wire system and a multi-target energy optimization method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle steer-by-wire systems. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a whole vehicle model and a dual-motor steer-by-wire system model; (2) deducing a total required torque and rotating speed formula of two steering motors of the vehicle according to the model established in the step (1); (3) establishing a dual-motor total consumption power model and a total loss power model, and researching a torque distribution problem by combining power loss analysis based on a motor efficiency model; (4) establishing a multi-target energy optimization model of the dual-motor steer-by-wire system under the constraint conditions of the dual-motor torque rotating speed and the optimization variable value range; and (5) according to the multi-objective energy optimization model of the double-motor steer-by-wire system, adopting a simulated annealing algorithm to optimize an optimal torque distribution coefficient according to the motor map, so that the total power of the motor is the lowest. The overall energy utilization rateof the system is improved.

    本发明涉及一种双电机线控转向系统及其多目标能量优化方法,属于车辆线控转向系统技术领域。该方法包括如下步骤:(1)建立整车模型和双电机线控转向系统模型;(2)根据步骤(1)建立的模型,推导车辆两个转向电机的总需求转矩和转速公式;(3)建立双电机总消耗功率模型和总损耗功率模型,基于电机效率模型,结合功率损耗分析研究转矩分配问题;(4)在双电机转矩转速和优化变量取值范围的约束条件下,建立双电机线控转向系统多目标能量优化模型;(5)根据双电机线控转向系统多目标能量优化模型,采用模拟退火算法根据电机map图优化出最优转矩分配系数,使得电机总功率最低。本发明提高系统的总体能量利用率。
