According to the device, a relay, a first contactor, a second contactor, a first resistor, a first diode, a second diode and other electronic elements are installed below a lifting hook, and the relay, the first contactor, the second contactor, the first resistor, the first diode, the second diode and other electronic elements, a storage battery pack and a wireless remote control receiver form the electromagnetic crane power failure prevention device; meanwhile, a wireless remote control transmitter paired withthe wireless remote control receiver and an uninterruptible power supply for supplying power to the wireless remote control transmitter are installed in a lifting equipment operation room, and power supply cables X3 and X4 are additionally arranged to charge the storage battery pack; and during lifting operation, if cable X1 and X2 disconnection accidents or other power failure accidents happen accidentally, the storage battery pack of the electromagnetic crane power failure prevention device can play a role in continuous power supply, attracted magnetic conductive materials are prevented fromfalling off, and production safety is guaranteed. Meanwhile, through the wireless remote control receiver U3 and the wireless remote control transmitter U2, when the storage battery pack supplies power to an electromagnet after a power grid is powered off, the electromagnet can be controlled to discharge materials in the lifting equipment operation room as well, and operation is easy and convenient.

    本发明涉及一种电磁吊防断电装置,该装置在起重吊钩的下方安装有继电器、第一接触器、第二接触器、第一电阻和第一、第二二极管等电子元件,与蓄电池组、无线遥控接收器组成电磁吊防断电装置,同时在起重设备操作室里安装有与无线遥控接收器配对的无线遥控发射器及为其供电的不间断电源,增加了供电电缆X3、X4为蓄电池组充电;在吊装作业时,如意外发生电缆X1、X2断线事故或其它停电事故,电磁吊防断电装置的蓄电池组能发挥继续供电作用,防止被吸导磁性物料掉落,保障生产安全。同时通过无线遥控接收器U3和无线遥控发射器U2,在电网断电后蓄电池组给电磁铁供电时,在起重设备操作室里同样能够控制电磁铁放料,操作简便。
