The invention discloses an anti-shaking lifting device with overload protection. The anti-shaking lifting device comprises a base, wherein a base cavity is formed in the base; an overload detection assembly is arranged in the base cavity; the overload detection assembly comprises a sliding groove formed in the inner wall of the upper side of the base cavity, a bearing plate which is arranged in the sliding groove and can slide up and down, eleven bearing springs which are uniformly connected between the lower end of the bearing plate and the inner wall of the upper side of the base cavity, anda transmission cavity arranged in a transmission shell. According to the anti-shaking lifting device disclosed by the invention, an anti-shaking plate is arranged, and horizontal shaking of a liftinghook is limited through anti-shaking holes in the anti-shaking plate, so that vertical operation of lifting action is ensured; the bearing plate is arranged, and when a lifted object on the bearing plate exceeds rated lifting capacity of the lifting device, the lifting action cannot be carried out, so that the aim of overload protection is achieved; and only when the lifted object is smaller thanthe rated lifting capacity, the lifting action can be normally carried out.

    本发明公开了一种带有过载保护的防晃起吊装置,包括底座,所述底座内设有底座腔体,所述底座腔体内设有过载检测组件,所述过载检测组件包括设于所述底座腔体上侧内壁的滑槽、设于所述滑槽内且能上下滑动的承重板、均匀地连接于所述承重板下端与所述底座腔体上侧内壁之间的十一个承重弹簧、设于所述传动壳体内的传动腔体,本发明设有防晃板,通过防晃板上的防晃孔限制了吊钩的水平晃动,确保了起吊动作的垂直进行;设有承重板,当承重板上的吊物超过起吊装置额定起重量时,无法进行起吊动作,达到过载保护的目的,只有起吊重物小于额定起重量时,才能正常进行起吊动作。
