The invention discloses a helicopter moving part damage tolerance simplified spectrum compilation method, which comprises the steps: establishing a mean-amplitude load matrix, and sorting each level of loads of the mean-amplitude load matrix according to a typical task spectrum to obtain a damage tolerance original spectrum of a typical task profile; calculating the crack propagation threshold load of the structure according to the crack propagation threshold value of the moving part material and the critical crack length of the moving part structure; taking the structure crack propagation threshold load as a limit, cutting off small loads lower than the crack propagation threshold load in the damage tolerance original spectrum to simplify the load spectrum; and analyzing the state of themaximum load in the damage tolerance original spectrum, assuming that the state load complies with normal distribution, carrying out extrapolating to obtain the maximum load, and replacing the maximumload in the damage tolerance original spectrum with the maximum load. According to the crack propagation increment equivalence principle, the material crack propagation rate curve is used, the frequency of the combined state is equivalent to the frequency under the target state load value, and the damage tolerance simplified spectrum is obtained.
本发明公开了一种直升机动部件损伤容限简化谱编制方法,包括:建立均值‑幅值载荷矩阵,根据典型任务谱对所述均值‑幅值载荷矩阵各级载荷进行排序,得到典型任务剖面的损伤容限原谱;根据动部件材料的裂纹扩展门槛值和动部件结构临界裂纹长度,计算结构的裂纹扩展门槛载荷;以结构裂纹扩展门槛载荷为限,截除所述损伤容限原谱中低于裂纹扩展门槛载荷的小载荷,简化载荷谱;对所述的损伤容限原谱中最大载荷所在状态进行分析,假设状态载荷服从正态分布,外推得到最大载荷,将此最大载荷替换损伤容限原谱中最大载荷;按裂纹扩展增量等效原则,使用材料裂纹扩展速率曲线,将被合并状态的次数等效到目标状态载荷值下的次数,得到损伤容限简化谱。
