And in rainy days, awater absorption sponge is triggered to abut against the charging wire through synthetic fibers, and rainwaterin the sponge is absorbed and drained through a piston, so that rainwater removal of the charging wire is realized, and corrosion of the charging wire caused by rainwater is avoided.
