The invention discloses a design method of an oversized tanker in-harbor ballast tank. The method comprises the following steps of: when an oversized tanker arrives at a harbor and adopts single-pointmooring, designing part of empty tanks according to the requirements of corrosion, ventilation, ballast water injection, ballast water discharge and the like of the ballast tank, and arranging the empty tanks as in-harbor ballast tanks; and additionally injecting ballast water into the in-harbor ballast tank to fully immerse a propeller, and meanwhile ensuring that a trim is smaller than 0.7% ofthe total length of the tanker. The design method has the advantages that by modifying the structure and the design form of an upper void cabin of a fore peak, an existing void cabin is fully utilized, the void cabin is upgraded into a special ballast cabin for the harbor, and the design effect required by single-point mooring of the special harbor is achieved with low cost.

    本发明公开了一种超大油轮在港压载舱的设计方法,在超大油轮抵达港口并采用单点系泊时,将部分空舱按照压载舱腐蚀、透气、压载水注入和排出等要求进行设计,该空舱设置为在港压载舱,通过往该在港压载舱中额外注入压载水,可以使螺旋桨全浸没,同时纵倾小于船舶总长的0.7%。本发明的优点在于通过修改首尖舱上部空舱的结构和设计形式,充分利用现有的空舱,将其由空舱升级为在港专用压载舱,通过较小的成本就达到了特殊港口单点系泊要求的设计效果。
