The invention discloses a low-voltage control high-voltage power-on method of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the following steps of S1, waking up a controller; S2, high-voltage power-on condition judgment, judging whether a BMS, a PDU, an FCU, an MCU, an HMC and an ACU report faults or not, if any serious fault occurs, judging that the high-voltage power-on condition is not met, terminating a high-voltage power-on process, and if no serious fault occurs, executing the next step; S3, high-voltage electrifying. According to the low-voltage control high-voltage power-on methodof the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, high-voltage power-on condition judgment is carried out before high-voltage power-on, then whether high-voltage power-on is carried out or not is determined, controllers involved in the high-voltage power-on condition of the vehicle comprise a BCM, an FCU, a BMS, a VCU, a PDU, an MCU, an HMC and an ACU; the injury to people contacting the electric automobile caused by accidents such as serious electric leakage is prevented, and personal safety of hydrogen fuel electric automobile drivers and passengers is protected.

    本发明公开一种氢燃料电池汽车的低压控制高压上电方法,包括以下步骤:S1、控制器唤醒;S2、高压上电条件判断:判断BMS、PDU、FCU、MCU、HMC、ACU是否报出故障,若有任何一个严重故障发生,则判定为不满足高压上电条件,并终止高压上电流程,若无任何一个严重故障发生,则执行下一步骤;S3、高压上电。该氢燃料电池汽车的低压控制高压上电方法在高压上电之前会进行“高压上电条件判断”,进而确认是否进行高压上电,车辆高压上电条件中所涉及的控制器包括BCM、FCU、BMS、VCU、PDU、MCU、HMC、ACU,可以确保氢燃料电池汽车可以更加安全、平稳地上高压,防止严重漏电等意外情况对接触电动汽车的人员造成伤害,保护氢燃料电动汽车驾驶和乘坐人员的人身安全。
