The invention discloses a railway vehicle emergency brake valve sealing ring anti-disengaging structure. The structure comprises a piston rod and a sealing ring arranged at the end, close to a valve deck, of the piston rod, wherein a groove is formed in the end of the piston rod, and a protruding part correspondingly matched with the groove of the piston rod is arranged on the outer circumferenceof the sealing ring in the radial direction of the sealing ring; the protruding part of the sealing ring is embedded into the groove in the end of the piston rod so as to limit the sealing ring from falling off from the end of the piston rod. The structure is advantaged in that a problem that a sealing ring at the end part of a piston rod in an existing emergency brake valve is easy to fall off, the matching acting force of the sealing ring and the piston rod is greatly increased through the anti-falling structure design formed by the end part of the piston rod and the sealing ring, the deformation of the sealing ring separated from the piston rod is large, and the deformation acting force is higher than ice adhesion force or grease adhesion force; a problem that the sealing ring and the piston rod fall off is effectively solved, and therefore braking faults of a vehicle are avoided.
本发明公开了一种铁路车辆紧急制动阀密封圈防脱结构,包括活塞杆以及设置在活塞杆靠近阀盖一端端部的密封圈,在所述活塞杆的端部设置有沟槽,所述密封圈的外圆周沿其径向设置有与活塞杆的沟槽对应配合的凸起部,所述密封圈的凸起部嵌装入活塞杆端部的沟槽内,以限制密封圈由活塞杆端部脱落。本发明主要针对现有紧急制动阀中活塞杆端部密封圈易脱落的问题,通过活塞杆端部与密封圈形成的防脱结构设计,大大增加了密封圈与活塞杆的配合作用力,密封圈脱离活塞杆的变形大,其变形作用力高于冰结粘附力或油脂粘附力,有效解决了密封圈与活塞杆脱落的问题,从而避免造成车辆的制动故障。
