The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted dynamic measuring device for abrasion loss of a groove-shaped steel rail of a tramcar, which comprises a fixing assembly, an adjusting assembly and a rotatingassembly which are connected in sequence, and the fixing assembly comprises a side fixing plate and two fixing clamping plates perpendicular to the plane where the side fixing plate is located. The adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting frame and an L-shaped motor mounting base fixed to the adjusting frame, the rotating assembly comprises a vertically-arranged rotating vertical plate and a supporting plate arranged on the side, away from the adjusting assembly, of the rotating vertical plate, two symmetrically-arranged fixing grooves are fixed to the supporting plate, and laser distance measuring sensors are arranged in the fixing grooves. The device can be installed in pairs at the two ends of a single vehicle or at the joint of adjacent carriages, and the dynamic abrasion loss of thesteel rail is measured through the average value of the measuring points, so that the measured data are more accurate and reliable; the device is convenient to install and easy to operate, and the abrasion loss of the groove-shaped steel rail can be dynamically tested when the tramcar runs only by programming and setting the motor and the laser distance measuring sensor through the PLC.
本发明公开了一种有轨电车槽型钢轨磨耗量车载式动态测量装置,包括依次连接的固定组件、调节组件和旋转组件,固定组件包括侧固定板和两个垂直于侧固定板所在平面的固定卡板,调节组件包括调节架及调节架上固定的L型电机安装座,旋转组件包括竖向设置的旋转立板及设置在旋转立板远离调节组件一侧的托板,托板上固定有两个对称设置的固定槽,固定槽中设有激光测距传感器。本装置可在单节车辆的两端或者相邻车厢的连接处进行成对安装,通过各测量点的平均值测量钢轨的动态磨耗量,使测得数据更为精确可靠;本发明安装方便、操作简单,只需要通过PLC对电机与激光测距传感器进行编程设定,即可在有轨电车运行时对槽型钢轨磨耗量进行动态测试。
